Analyzes business needs to ensure Oracle solution meets customer objectives. Exercises creativity and independent judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and very complex business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. As a position of technical and professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet complex customer needs. As a thought leader and customer advisor, influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals. Contributes to non-routine and very complex statements of work, work breakdown structure and/or level of effort and staff plans. Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers. Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge. Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to implementation team. Coordinates a pursuit team of subject matter experts. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions. Knowledgeable of competition and external factors that may influence Oracle's competitive position. Resolves highly complex customer issues by recommending solutions. Ensures enterprise solution spans across the customer*s business processes. Designs innovative solutions that maximize the use of standard product capabilities to meet customer objectives.
10 years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience. Prior team lead or manager experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Broad product, technology or industry expertise. Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions. In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices. Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solutions. Proficient in using selling and negotiation techniques and tools. Ability to travel as needed.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

We are seeking candidates for the position of Senior Client Manager – Enterprise Performance Management.
The Client Manager for our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team will be responsible for providing Advisory, Consultative and Escalation Oversight Services related to Oracle NetSuite’s Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) EPM platform. This role requires proficiency and acumen working with C-Level executives and senior leaders (both internal and external) to foster mutual accountability and form a joint plan for success.
Advise and enable customer-facing teams on optimum approaches to complex challenges based on Best Practice and Industry trends. Serve as liaison on all things NSPB to Go-To-Market, Engineering, Managed Services (ACS) & Support organizations
Manage complex / strategic escalations to successful resolution. Possess a fundamental understanding of PBCS/Hyperion-domain and its primary issues and challenges for our customers.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across internal customer facing teams using solid understanding of the EPM business process domain, Customer requirements & expectations and Oracle NetSuite’s PBCS functionality.
Proactively network internally to develop and leverage trusted relationships with Oracle PBCS NetSuite NSPB Stakeholders, Process Owners and SMEs, to ensure successful outcomes and provide real-time feedback to product and operations teams.
Drive maximum adoption of Oracle NetSuite solutions in conjunction with Client business needs
Put the client first in everything with focus on first year of experience with Oracle NetSuite: Time-to-value, initial adoption & satisfaction, business results and Customer Satisfaction
Develop customer experience insights through direct customer-interaction and NetSuite-internal feedback from other departments
Identify solution expansion opportunities via high value relationship with Clients and internal teams.
Ensure Clients realize the value of their investment with Oracle NetSuite to ensure they remain a long-term customer.
Provide input into the Customer Success Methodology and direction.
Embrace leadership roles toward improvement of the team.
Preferred Qualifications include:
Technical and Implementation experience in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Integration and custom APIs
Functional and Technical proficiency around Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting processes and platforms.
Strong understanding of SaaS/Cloud ERP and related Financial and Accounting processes.
Experience in process improvement, decision making, risk assessment, data analysis and project management.
Demonstrated executive-level communication skills (process-first mindset, P&L acumen, negotiation & diplomacy)
Readinessto network across the Oracle NetSuite organization.
Ability to manage conflicts, holding all parties accountable to deliver successful outcomes; readiness to advocate for the Client while balancing the needs of the company.
Proficiency with Oracle NetSuite’s PBCS platform functionality, Analytics and Support architecture strongly preferred. NOTE - competitive platform solution experience will be considered.
Consulting experience and/orPractitioner experience within an enterprise or mid-market FP&A organization preferred.
Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite’s Revenue model and selling motion a plus.
Bachelor level degree in Accounting, Finance or comparable required. MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
