Evaluating sensor related technologies, identifying risks and developing alternate solutions,
Performing system and sub-system level test,
Conducting experiments/data collections,
Designing and prototyping algorithm/signal processing solutions,
Modeling system and sub-system behavior, and
Identifying technology gaps and their solutions for insertion into both fielded and developmental systems.
BS and 10 years of related experience, including 2 years of leadership experience
Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or applicants who are eligible for security clearances.
BS in electrical engineering, math or physics
10 years of strong technical skills related to radar, EO/IR, hyperspectral or HF sensor technologies
Experience with signal processing and algorithm development
Sensor modeling experience
Experience with designing, prototyping, evaluating, testing and fielding solutions
Candidate must possess an active DoD Secret clearance and have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance
PhD in electrical engineering, math or physics
Experience with radar Electronic Warfare
Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance
