Purpose
The Production Administrator is responsible for reconciling client queries and reports that are sent to our Production teams while providing support to other team members of the Coding department, depending on the operational need.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor client correspondence/queries and internal communications by ensuring production teams are processing and moving along with coding production
Act as the ?go-to? person between the departments in the company if and when questions arise for the Production Teams
Analyze data from assigned reports and reconcile back to the production teams and escalate to management when needed or responses are being communicated timely
Determine and ensure charts that require prioritization, are coded as priority
Providing assistance to the Production Assistant and/or the Senior Production Coordinator as needed
Run client specific reports, summaries and reconcile these to keep the client current and escalate issues to the client service manager current with new clients to intercept and alleviate any issues that may arise
Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures stored in LogixGarden relevant to this position

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.)
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Computer Skills
Prior MS Office experience, including proficiency with Excel and Word, and internet software experience required.
Experience
Prior experience and proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook required
Medical background, Coding experience and/or certification is a plus
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability
Ability to add, to subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure; this ability will encompass using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
