Dell Technical Implementation Specialist in Bedford, Massachusetts
RSA Professional Services is focused on helping customers achieve a return on their investment in RSA’s products, through the end-to-end delivery of consulting and technical solutions.
This role is dedicated to the RSA Fraud and Risk Intelligence (FRI) practice.
The successful candidate will technically lead implementations of FRI solutions and will provide consultative services. This may include scoping, requirements analysis, consulting services, design assistance, implementation, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, operational handover and knowledge transfer. The successful candidate will work closely with customers as well as with various cross functional teams at RSA to ensure a smooth implementation and transition across the full life-cycle. The role also may involve presales related activities.
Location: US based - Any Dell/RSA office or remote. Preferred: Bedford, MA.
Lead multiple software integration and implementation projects with customers to deliver RSA FRI solutions.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the RSA FRI services portfolio and the underlying technologies and delivery methodology.
Provide consulting services and training to customers on RSA FRI products and solutions.
May provide technical project management services including project planning, tracking and managing technical issues and risks while keeping all project stakeholders informed and maintaining project procedures.
Establish strong relationships with customers.
Work closely with peers in the Professional Service team as well as with various RSA teams (e.g. Sales, Product Management, Engineering, SaaS Operations etc.) to ensure a smooth delivery and implementation from start to finish.
Assist from time to time with pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimation, and assisting with statements of work and document templates.
Bachelor’s degree in computing technology related fields (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, MIS)
3+ years of consulting and/or delivery in a customer facing role.
Capable of working with minimal supervision.

Preferred: Past experience as an RnD/QA engineer OR System Analyst OR Technical Project Manager OR Technical Customer Support Engineer
Occasional travel is required.
