Endicott College Change Management Lead (part-time, hybrid) in Beverly, Massachusetts

Endicott’s IT Department is seeking a part-time Change Management Lead to join their Workday implementation team to assist our institution with the people-side of change associated with our Workday deployment.

The Change Management lead will collaborate with our implementation partner's change management team and project stakeholders to assess change management needs, develop and deliver change management strategies, and monitor execution.


This is a part-time position starting at 15 hours per week with potential to increase hours in summer 2023 when we deploy HCM, Payroll and Finance modules and begin the Student implementation.  Opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

The major responsibilities for this role are:

  • Provide updates and other information to the campus community on a regular, ongoing basis via emails, website, social media, presentations and meetings.

  • Serve as a contact for the Change Management workstream and provide updates to the project leadership, functional and technical teams, and college leadership.

  • Co-maintain the change management project plan and support change-related activities including stakeholder identification, change impact analysis, communication planning, training planning and adoption measurement.

  • Collaborate with the workstream team leads to gain a thorough understanding of policy, process and technical changes to ensure the change management program is fully integrated with the business process and technical changes that Endicott end-users will experience.

  • Review and support the development of all communication materials and work with the communications and marketing division to coordinate all communication activities.

  • Lead the formation of a change champion network in the Endicott community to promote Workday adoption.

  • Assist with the development of the training plan and related materials that support a successful transition to Workday for end-users.



  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing and supporting change management and/or business process improvement initiatives, communications, and/or training activities for an enterprise-wide technology deployment.

  • Skilled presenter comfortable leading presentations and discussions.

  • Ability to recognize how new requirements may impact users and processes.

  • Ability to synthesize and translate information (including highly technical information) into clear explanations.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and develop relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interviewing, and oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate clearly and logically in writing and verbally.

  • Proficient with office productivity software (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite, Smartsheet)

  • Must be a fast learner with a strong desire to learn the Endicott culture and environment.
