ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

This position is located in the Beverly, Massachusetts office. The position is primarily remote, but requires the candidate to come into the office at least two days a week.

The Professional Services Projects team is looking for a self-motivating person to support both the Food and Life Science Projects team in the summer of 2021. This position will manage a mixture of project-based and ongoing tasks to support customer deliverables, which typically include preparation of monitoring devices, basic data cleanup and analysis, document preparation and review. This person will learn about and support delivering information and service in both verticals.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing temperature and ship temperature monitors

• Database maintenance

• User creation

• Adding values and tags

• Download monitor data

• Data cleanup activities

• Running basic statistical data analysis for customer reports

• Developing realistic example data sets for use in demonstrations and testing

• Creating and reviewing document templates (proposals, protocols and reports)

• Organizing physical and electronic files

• Supporting the Projects Team with ad-hoc tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic knowledge of operating Microsoft Windows and Office tools

• Willingness to work hard and learn

EH&S REQUIREMENTS

• Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements

• Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards

• Attend scheduled EH&S training program

• Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans

• Recommend improved EH&S practices
