Microchip Technology Specialist-Quality Technical in Beverly, Massachusetts
Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to be in charge of all Calibration and MRB activities. The Quality Specialist responsibilities include working with a third party calibration company to manage the calibration system, working with cross functional teams to move product through the MRB process, developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.
Requirements
Ability to use " Gagetrak" calibration management system
Knowledge of MRB process uses the software application Agile and Oracle
Perform analysis on calibration and MRB data, looking for trends, documenting results.
Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
At times performing routine inspections.
Identifying and resolving workflow and process issues.
Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
Documenting quality assurance activities.
Making recommendations for improvement.
