Raytheon Service Asset and Configuration Liaison in Billerica, Massachusetts
Raytheon Global Business Services (GBS) IT Infrastructure Governance and Compliance has an opening for a Service Asset and Configuration Liaison. The position oversee supplier deliverables in Network and Hosting frameworks supporting CMDB (Configuration Management Database) workflow and data accuracy integrate and oversee all workflow processes related to assets to include invoicing, maintenance, spares, ticket workflow, stranded asset definition, analysis of ‘as a service’ offerings compared to legacy managed services of Raytheon owned assets. Plus attendance in weekly supplier governance calls with IBM and DXC supporting asset lifecycle management and oversight and approval of supplier Operational Handbooks that define workflow and processes as relates to asset management. Audit oversight of supplier to include physical inventory and billing accuracy based on cost buildup of asset related rated units. Location: Billerica, MA or Richardson, TX Job Description: Supports overall ITIL foundation approach for all service areas with focus on service transition, service operation, and continual service improvement. Focal between Raytheon and suppliers for Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) goals. Assure assets required to deliver services are properly controlled. Map the configuration and relationships of services and the configuration items (CI’s) that provide them. Serve as backup to external organizations such as SDIC Participate in sourcing efforts for infrastructure needs, providing subject matter expertise around service asset and configuration management areas Participates in balanced scorecard input and review, oversight of supplier performance measures and metrics. Required Skills: Minimum of 4+ years as a business liaison in the Governance and Compliance space Interface with other areas such as finance and supply chain Strong ability to work in a committee based environment This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization Desired Skills: Advanced Configuration experience Advanced CMDB (Configuration Management Database) experience Required Education: Bachelors’ degree in Computer Management, Information Technology or Business Administration or related discipline 130685BR 130685
