Bruker Corporation Specialist Customer Data Management & Continuous Improvement Coordinator in Billerica, Massachusetts

New opportunity based in Billerica MA (remote until office re-opens) with a focus on Customer Master Data Management for the Americas Region to significantly increase the customer data integrity in the Bruker BioSpin (BBIO) organization. This position is responsible for managing, processing, and executing initial as well as continuous data cleansing tasks along side BBIO Data Management strategy and in alignment with Corporate Data Management policies.

  • Manage and process daily customer master data in respective region and other cases to be assigned

  • Execution of initial cleansing and continuous cleansing program according to global data policy

  • Significantly increase Data Quality Index along with accounts, contacts, and equipment

  • Support Head of Customer Data Management designing and developing a sustainable data cleansing for new and existing customer data

  • Support regional organization (serve as central point of contact for region in terms of customer data)

  • Ensure a high Data Quality Index for new incoming customer data on a daily basis

  • Own the execution of initial cleansing program in cooperation with external partner for a dedicated region

  • Coordinate and monitor supporting functions as finance, export, and others

  • Continuously monitor and report out Data Quality performance regionally

  • Actively cooperate within the CX&CO Global Customer Master Data Team to develop and establish a standardized and sustainable approach (examples: process, tools)

  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Minimum of 5 years SAP and Salesforce work experience with a successful track record in customer data management, preferably within Bruker, high-tech life science field, or NMR product work environment

  • Proven track record in customer oriented processes (examples: Sales Administration, Service, Order Management)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and multiple years of hands-on experience with SAP, SalesForce.com

  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and personal communication and presentation skills with oral and written fluency in English language; familiarity with Portuguese and Spanish desirable

  • International work team experience with proven multi-tasking and problem-solving skills plus ability to communicate in a positive and constructive manner with people at all levels

  • Demonstrated analytical and accuracy strengths with proven ability to understand complex data interconnections

  • Fast learner with proven skill in adopting new tools and understanding new requirements

  • Self-disciplined and creative thinker with dedication and a decision-ready attitude to achieve

  • Natural team player with enthusiasm and excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a rapidly changing and diverse, multi-national commercial work environment

  • An outgoing and likeable personality with a high degree of personal integrity

  • Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
