Job Description

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is responsible for delivering innovative, integrated, and scalable technology and process solutions to support recruiters in hiring top talent while creating the best user experience possible. This position will support the Talent Acquisition team in streamlining operations, automating processes, vendor management and implementing new solutions to achieve identified goals.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement core operational processes for the Talent Acquisition function and develop enablement programs for recruitment, hiring managers and interviewers across North America

  • Assess and understand business needs to partner with HR and leadership to improve continual efficiencies based on ongoing feedback

  • Lead critical initiatives including developing partnerships, programs, and project plans to support functional and business goals including, but not limited to DE&I, internships, college relations and referrals

  • Manage day-to-day operations of MSP, acting as a “go to” person and investigating and resolving complex issues

  • Evaluate needs and partner with HRIS team to develop configurations that support business processes

  • Educate leadership and managers on MSP and provide training to support manager MSS for managing their workforce; conduct appropriate auditing of systems and processes

  • Leverage MSP best-practices and efficiencies across our tools and technologies

  • Stay up to date with trends in the industry and identify innovative ways to improve our hiring capabilities and proactively provide feedback to management through regular updates, quarterly business reviews, etc.

  • Responsible for Workday data hygiene to ensure accurate reporting

  • Help build out reports and dashboards to measure recruiting performance; manage job creation/approval process

  • Inform senior leadership of recruiting successes and challenges and advise on solutions and recruiting priorities accordingly

  • Reduce risk and protect the company’s reputation and brand image by prioritizing regulatory compliance, data integrity, and audits in its recruiting practices

  • Optimize the effectiveness of talent as an operation and driving consistency

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment with results-oriented and sometimes shifting priorities

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in business, management, human resources, or related discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years working in Talent Acquisition operations ideally in a recruitment operations role

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in talent acquisition processes, KPIs, and metrics

  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced, agile environment

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, large and small, with many stakeholders involved

  • Demonstrated experience designing and transforming processes and programs that align with company goals and priorities

  • Previous experience implementing and managing a MSP (Managed Services Provider) program

  • Very strong analytical and communication skills

  • Capable of building partnerships, managing stakeholders, and working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to drive projects to completion and meet shared objectives

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday a plus), and the Intranet, including utilizing social networking sites to source candidates
