CVS Health Account Implementation Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Responsible for end-to-end implementation process for new Payor Agnostic (PA) clients to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding experience and go live readiness including:

  • Work with account managers to ensure complete contract and paperwork is received and submitted for sign off by client – for PA – would also be the gatekeeper of communication and vehicle for NDA’s, BAA’s, data exchange agreements, etc. (also managing the timelines for delivery dates)

  • Drive weekly calls with internal teams, to align on deliverables, and keep the process moving forward (e.g., account set up, billing in place, logo’s received, data files transferred, id cards issued, etc.)

  • Participate in calls with clients to align on progress and next steps

  • Establish infrastructure for managing and sharing progress in which all internal parties can remain apprised, and provide details as needed to client (i.e., bi-weekly calls, key measurable items and dates)

Leads the plan sponsor implementation team by setting strategic goals and overseeing the successful onboarding of plan sponsors onto the organization's services. Collaborates with internal stakeholders, such as sales and client services, to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process. Provides guidance and support to the team, resolves escalated issues, and manages client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction during the implementation phase.

What you will do

  • Communicates direction for the implementation of complex work area projects and programs, directing activities to ensure successful execution and delivery.

  • Creates and manages project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficient and effective plan implementations.

  • Counsels with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish clear communication channels and responsibilities.

  • Conducts program implementation risk assessments and develops mitigation strategies to proactively manage project risks and ensure successful outcomes.

  • Consolidates information for project budgets and financials, monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

  • Directs activities for change management efforts, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of implemented solutions.

  • Collaborates with multiple departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage dependencies and integration points.

  • Develops key strategies for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of implementation processes.

  • Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Facilitate internal and external executive level project progress status calls on a cadence of monthly at the minimum, usually weekly for Health Plan clients

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

  • May live anywhere in the continental US working either Central Time, or Eastern Time

  • 7-10 years work experience in related field-account management, implementation management, etc.

  • Availability to travel approximately 10% of the time as needed for on-site implementations and trainings

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

  • Adept at business intelligence

  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork

  • Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills

  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.40

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
