Danaher Corporation Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer - Remote in Boston, Massachusetts

Our Digital Marketing team is growing! Join us as a Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer, this person will plan and execute marketing initiatives including search, email marketing, social and online advertising campaigns, as well as collaborating with interactive team on website development to insure SEO optimization. Make recommendations regarding emerging digital and new technologies and identifies strategic partners.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with resolution of issues and tasks and projects related to the Adobe platform.

  • Independently lead and run small projects – coordinating the activities with a distributed team of business users (Japan, China, India, Europe, Americas)

Required Qualifications:

  • Adobe Certified Expert as AEM developer or AEM architect

  • 5+ years of development experience working with (Adobe AEM 6.x, AEM 6.2, AEM 6.3, AEM 6.4)

  • 5+ years building sites, templates, components, or integrations with AEM.

  • Current exposure to Java, J2EE, Spring, Ajax, OSGI, JCR and SQL.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving & conceptual skills, and a flexible demeanor working within a large global enterprise.

  • Excel at communication (spoken, written, presentation) with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.

  • Ability to negotiate and handle difficult or ambiguous situation and adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies.

  • Understanding of the broader Adobe Marketing Cloud product stack, web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3, client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks

  • Experience with decoupled architectures, setting up dedicated environments (development, QA, etc.) and integrating with a CI chain.
