The IBM Global Business Services (GBS) is currently seeking an experiences architect to help clients architect and implement components of the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite of tools. The ideal candidate will have both architecture and implementation experience with products such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics. Experience with data architecture for marketing is a plus, as is knowledge of integration patterns for enabling Adobe Cloud.
Interact directly with both business and technical clients and IBM tam members to understand the engagement requirements to drive to the solution
Oversee all aspects of Adobe architecture and development efforts
Develop implementation architecture and development requirements, creating high level to detailed design and technical architecture documents
Manage or participate (hands on) in the implementation of Marketing Cloud components such as Adobe Experience Manager, Campaign, Target, Analytics, and Audience Manager
Lead work teams in various phases of work from architecture through implementation and testing
Support new business development opportunities with emphasis on experience delivery platforms including Adobe Marketing Cloud.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 5 years experience I solution architecture and design for digital experience management platforms
At least 3 years experience implementing Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions
Knowledge of scripting technologies like Node.js for data, content retrieval and persistence and service orchestration
3 years experience in architecting solutions using integration technology and approaches such as API/REST Services (services provider & services client)
Experience integrating Adobe Marketing with CRM systems (e.g. salesforce.com, Sugar, Siebel)
Understanding of data management architecture paradigms for Adobe Marketing cloud ( on-site, off-site/cloud, hybrid)
Knowledge of common full life cycle software development processes, approaches and methods
Knowledge of Agile marketing and project execution
Able to lead work teams
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Understanding of Journey Orchestration
Understanding of Real time Marketing Execution
Understanding of Cloud Technologies
Understanding of marketing performance and metrics and models
