Change Healthcare Agile Coach in Boston, Massachusetts

Agile CoachWhat will I be responsible for in this job? (brief summary of the role)

The agile coach will be an Agile champion within Core Technology by educating colleagues, coaching teams, collaborating with leaders on the Agile adoption strategy and working with the Transformation Lead to implement the Agile methodology across the organization.

This role will be responsible for creating a sustainable DevOps culture requires deep knowledge of Lean/Agile/DevOps practices and principles – specifically focused on Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

What are the requirements?• Years of experience:

  • 6+ years experience in IT program management focused in areas of consulting, coaching, training and change management

  • 5 years minimum Agile/DevOps experience

  • 2 years minimum working with Infrastructure teams

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)

  • Certified Scrum Trainer (CST)

  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5)

  • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

  • Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner with leadership and functional teams.

  • Highly skilled and experienced at negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes at multiple levels

  • Exceptional ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods

  • Ability to influence and break down silos within organizations as well as across organizations.

  • Be able to influence others, using personal rather than positional power.

  • Strong communication skills (writing, speaking, presenting).

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Led at least 2 organizational transformations

  • Hands on experience as a scrum master

  • Experience coaching at team, organization, and enterprise levels

  • People leader experience desired (not required)

How much should I expect to travel?

<10%

Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.

Colorado Residents Only:

The base pay range for Colorado residents is $94,620.00 - $194,250.00 plus any relevant incentive pay programs that may be aligned to the role. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your base pay, Change Healthcare offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Health, dental and vision plans; wellness program; health savings account; flexible spending accounts; 401(k) retirement plan; life insurance; short-term and long-term disability insurance; Employee Assistance Program; PTO; tuition reimbursement; and employee-paid critical illness and accident insurance.
