IBM Business Development Executive - Federal in Boston, Massachusetts
The Business Development Executive - Federal is the lead opportunity identifier and qualifier for complex IT services opportunities that range in value from $50M to $500M with the US Federal Government. The BDE is responsible for the identification and development of highly complex information technology solutions while interacting with senior government officials and evaluation committees. They are required to have an in-depth knowledge of the IT challenges facing the Federal Government as well as a deep understanding of the budgeting and purchasing process. This would include leading multi-disciplined teams, and integrating products and services required to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will be able to have a strong Point-of-View on the Federal government’s journey to becoming a hybrid-cloud and cognitive organization which in turn will drive meaningful Services revenue for IBM.

- Deep relationships in US Federal Government Agencies, US Federal Government Services Sales, Outsourcing, Negotiating, Complex Solution Development across IT towers
