Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.

The Security Assessment and Architecture (SAA) team has a great opportunity for an individual with resource management experience to develop and implement people strategies to support Wells Fargo’s business objectives. This individual will work with the SAA leadership team and partner with Information and Cyber Security (ICS) Business Services to develop and implement resource allocation strategies to support SAA, management of team financials, and oversight of SAA projects.

Additional responsibilities include: management of STAMP and transition to Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) system, managing travel and invoice approvals, coordinating workspace strategy, and process documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

  • 2+ years of information security experience

  • 2+ years of JIRA experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Wells Fargo STAMP (System Time-reporting, Accounting Management for Projects)

  • Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Project Methodology (EPM)

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • Financial industry experience
