Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Connected Customer Experience (CCE) Program Leadership: Responsible for executing against a CCE plan for the OU and ensuring successful adoption of CCE landing activities:

  • Partner with MSUS CCE PMO/OU Leadership to implement the CCE execution plan across the OU (ATU, STU, CSU, Consulting)

  • Support landing any WW/US CCE programs and initiatives across the OU

  • Enablement and adoption planning, coaching, execution

  • Implement, report, track CCE success measures and metrics

  • Design and execute OU CCE change management plan

Support Delivery Operational Excellence: Oversee key support metrics and associated rhythm of the business.

  • Support Metrics tracking & Analysis: Cloud Impacting MIP, Backlog Burn, Bookings, Utilization, NBUE, SDM, CSAT, etc.

  • Support ROB: data analysis/ recommendations

  • Support Capacity & Utilization. Assist in insights meeting orchestration, and managing capacity levers (RDC, Vendor, CSA, CE usage), NB and umbrella pilot

  • OU POC for resource management and staffing issues/escalations

  • Lead contractual compliance across support delivery plus support of upcoming audits, Working Without a Contract, Timekeeping, etc.).

Consulting Operational Excellence: Oversee key support and consulting metrics and associated rhythm of the business.

  • Lead contractual compliance across consulting: support of upcoming audits (ex: Enterprise Services Authorization Policy - ESAP, Working Without a Contract - WWOC, Customer Proof of Execution – CPOE, Timekeeping, etc.).

  • Track progress on Consulting metrics (e.g. MCS Billed forecasting; ECIF spend trackingfor Services projects, etc.)

  • Capacity planning for the ADE

Qualifications

  • Project management skills, ability to develop and execute processes that facilitate collaboration, leadership team effectiveness and impact

  • Experience in identifying an issue, investigating, developing a solution, implementing change, and monitoring the results

  • Track record of delivering and reporting on measurable business improvements (improved value/efficiency, increasing quality and/or reduced costs); Establishing benchmarks and KPIs, articulating strategies to achieve goals

  • Partnering across teams, aligning goals and driving focused results with large impact

  • Ability to work and create structure in complex and ambiguous situations and respond flexibly in time sensitive situations

  • Experience running multiple projects and requests at the same time

  • Consulting business knowledge – consulting delivery, paid support, or both

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • 5+ years of relevant business experience in program management, operations, or project management roles

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Quick learner and willing to adapt to a dynamic working environment

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between 145,901 and $166,800.

At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
