Overview of the Role:

We are looking to expand our team with an experienced Sr. Account Executive/Client Partner with vast experience selling software engineering services to technology companies. Your role is to develop new business relationships and grow the business with current clients.

We have a very strong presence among venture capital-backed growth companies and are experiencing extraordinary growth in this sector. Your primary responsibility is to lead our expansion with new client wins. The candidate will report to the Head of Sales, East.

The candidate must have a drive and passion for the software and internet business, love the SaaS and Venture Capital market and startup environment. You have a strong desire to help these companies grow their businesses using our vast portfolio of software engineering services. It would help if you were experienced and comfortable developing relationships both with engineering teams and the client’s product management and other functions.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Develop new business relationships. The candidate will be instrumental in defining their territory in conjunction with her/his Manager.

· Lead sales opportunities from identification to win and hand-over to engineering

You will identify new sales opportunities and manage these sales opportunities throughout the sales process.

· Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of new business opportunities

You manage the sales funnel professionally at all times, making sure that new leads get created and that the sales opportunities progress fast through the sales process.

· Develop the highest client satisfaction in the industry. We pride ourselves on our reputation of 100% CSAT.


· Minimum 7 years of solution sales, ideally in software engineering or digital design services to startups and growth companies in SaaS and Cloud.

· Strong desire to drive Lohika’s business expansion among fast-growing venture capital-backed companies.

· Challenger sales mentality, you love winning new clients.

· Solid understanding of software development and digital solutions

· Extensive background in outsourcing and consulting services, ideally software engineering services or design

· Strong deal maker with a drive to develop leads and close winning propositions

· Excellent drive and passion for opening up new business relationships

· Highly sociable with a demonstrated ability to develop strong client relationships.

· Results-driven, assertive individual with a very high focus on creating lasting client relationships.

· Outstanding communication skills and a self-starter.

· Open to being coached and mentored to help their own personal growth.

· Used to a very fast-paced environment and ability to get things done on time every time.

· High interest in new software technologies and the startup world

· Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the planning and execution of sales initiatives

· Intellectually curious and driven by results
