Ovia Health Client Operations Manager (Implementations) in Boston, Massachusetts

What you will be doing:

  • Onboarding new clients through exceptional project management and execution skills within the Client Success team, joining forces cross functionally to hit milestones and “wow” our clients influencing the client’s Net Promoter Score

  • Partner closely with Sales and Client Success following the contracting process to creatively solve problems and set clients up for success to support their members along their paths to parenthood

  • Act as the trusted advisor as you implement new client launches and support existing client expansion projects, being detail oriented and able to see the bigger picture, working hand in hand with channel partners and peer vendors

  • Help drive consistency, excellence and promote the adoption of best practices both externally and internally working with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Legal

  • Translate technical requirements into action, creating processes to follow and scale, working with clients on data feeds, eligibility files and incentives

  • Exceed client expectations, aiming for implementation satisfaction scores of 10/10 and establishing a best in class experience from day one partnered with Ovia

What we are looking for:

  • An accomplished industry professional with 8+ years experience in project management and 5+ years client facing experience, leading teams through large and complex projects

  • Experience in the health benefits space, specifically with employers and health plans

  • PMP certification is a plus

  • Salesforce experience preferred

  • Comfortable in a high-impact role, evolving as we go with flexibility and problem solving to standardize processes

  • Highly effective communicator with attention to detail, courteous to clients and able to hit milestones in a timely manner

  • Commitment to continuous improvement, motivated to seek out information and think creatively and independently to develop client solutions

  • Roll up your sleeves mentality and a willingness to dive into projects to support the team
