BluEdge Client Services Rep in Boston, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming telephone calls & respond to emails in regards to Client Services' Production requests & inquiries.

  • Write-up & process orders from Outlook via the Repro-track System.

  • Utilize Excel to edit & enter raw data & forward on for review.

  • Participate with team members in the Xerox Production Department on an as needed basis.

Required Experience:

  • Must have minimum one (1) year experience in a Customer Service role in a professional setting.

  • Hands-on experience in a Production setting with copiers & printers is a big plus.

  • Must possess an engaging personality with strong verbal & written communication skills & a pleasant demeanor.

  • Be PC Savvy on MS Word & Outlook.
