BluEdge Client Services Rep in Boston, Massachusetts
Answer all incoming telephone calls & respond to emails in regards to Client Services' Production requests & inquiries.
Write-up & process orders from Outlook via the Repro-track System.
Utilize Excel to edit & enter raw data & forward on for review.
Participate with team members in the Xerox Production Department on an as needed basis.
Must have minimum one (1) year experience in a Customer Service role in a professional setting.
Hands-on experience in a Production setting with copiers & printers is a big plus.
Must possess an engaging personality with strong verbal & written communication skills & a pleasant demeanor.
Be PC Savvy on MS Word & Outlook.
