You Are

Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.

The Management Consultant/Manager designs and implements business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process.

The candidate will be a Consultant/Manager within the Retail practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the Digital Core Banking capability.

Accenture is growing our Banking Consulting practice to help our Banking clients navigate their transformational journeys.

Skills include:

  • Industry experience within commercial, retail, or digital banking operations.

  • Demonstrated business expertise across the end-to-end banking lifecycles and operating models.

  • Successful track record of supporting complex management consulting engagements across the solution delivery lifecycle.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with senior client executives.

  • Expertise in and support in delivery of banking systems such as Finxact, Thought Machine, 10X, FIS, Infosys, Finastra, Temenos, Jack Henry, Fiserv.

  • Experience of FS M&A and supporting technical analysis of Banking platforms.

The Work:

  • Develop world-class solutions for banking institutions.

  • Become a trusted advisor for executive level clients looking to solve critical business problems

  • Support the definition of clients' business and technology strategies

  • Perform vendor assessments and due diligence of packaged platforms, e.g. Finxact, Thought Machine, 10X, FIS, Infosys, Finastra, Temenos, Jack Henry, Fiserv to inform fit for client needs.

  • Support banking implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.) including newer ways of working such as agile.

  • Support and advise on Core Banking work from strategy through implementation and define associated roadmaps.

  • Support various internal project needs, from client buy-in, to planning, budgeting, and deliverables

  • Upskill on Accenture internal ways of working and network to enable cross practice client deliveries

  • Refine and contribute to Accenture next generation banking offerings.

  • Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.

    As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is {{$90,288-$167,600}} and information on benefits offered is here. (

Here’s What You Need:

  • 3+ years relevant experience in management or technology consulting with broad experience in engagement management, and business development and/or 3+ years digital banking operations experience and expertise, along with corresponding banking systems ( Fiserv, Jack Henry, Infosys, Finastra, Temenos, FIS )

  • A Bachelor's degree

Bonus Points If:

  • You’ve got an advanced degree or financial industry certification

  • Banking systems certification

  • You’ve got experience selling and delivering financial services projects on time

  • Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday)
