What You Will Be Doing
Working closely with customers to ensure satisfaction
Training and coaching customers to successfully use our product
Planning, executing and facilitating the customer's experience
Working with a cross-functional team to ensure the utmost customer experience
What You Need for this Position
We are seeking someone with strong technical knowledge who has worked in a client-facing role. Ideally, you will have a background in software engineering and will have worked in customer success management roles in a startup environment. You will need:
A minimum of 4 years' experience in a technical customer success or support role
Experience working with SMB, SME and Enterprise customers
Strong technical knowledge (servers, networking devices, cloud storage, etc.)
Experience with Log Management/Analysis, Big Data, BI, Web Analytics, Operational Intelligence and/or AI
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
