Based in Boston we are a fast-growing company that has doubled year over year. We are extremely excited to start scaling up all parts of our organization. As we continue to grow, we need strong CSMs to help keep our retention, and happiness of our customers high.
What You Will Be Doing
-Establish a strong rapport and regular cadence with internal and customer project teams to drive deliverables to completion and ensure deadlines are met.
-Ensure compliance with all design, clinical, technical & security governance processes.
Track and manage all project milestones, identifying project risks or issues & ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
Become a product & implementation expert and internal champion for our customers to drive product improvements and enhancements.
Provide training to all customer stakeholders including program administrators, clinical stakeholders involved in the care pathway for end-users, and program coaches who help guide end-users through the program.
Set new customers up for a successful long-term partnership with us by ensuring a positive onboarding experience and supporting the transition to their lifetime CSM after implementation and go-live.
Work with the customers project sponsor and manager to establish realistic and trackable KPIs to measure program success and provide initial analytical consultation and performance monitoring/coaching in the initial weeks post-go-live.
Use your experience to help continually improve and scale our implementation processes for different business segments.
What You Need for this Position
A bachelors degree or equivalent.
4+ years of relevant experience including customer-facing project management.
Prior healthcare experience would be amazing.
Proficiency in Office software, CRM tools & analytics packages.
An eagerness to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use.
A passion for customer success: You want to help and serve our client organizations, they win, so you win.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
The ability to work as part of the team but still be a self-starter.
