Kforce Customer Support Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts

Kforce has a client in the Johnston, RI area is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.Responsibilities for this position will include:

  • Taking inbound calls to handle customer inquiries, process claims, rectify problems, and assist new clientele with enrolling with the organization

  • Assisting clients with basic technological assistance

  • Communicating with accounts via email

  • Handing fulfillment requests

  • Managing about 100 accounts

  • Processing shipping for goods

  • Additional projects as requested

  • 2-5 years of strong customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Basic Excel and Word skills

  • Ability to interact with customers

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred
