PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As the Cybersecurity Delivery Manager, you will successfully manage and execute client projects and deliverables, including collaborating with the engagement team, developing recommendations that address client challenges, and driving completion of assigned deliverables within scope and timeline requirements. In this role you will demonstrate subject matter expertise, often serving as a key contact for day to day operational aspects of client projects. You will partner with the Solutions Lead of the Cybersecurity practice to support business development initiatives and revenue proposal efforts as requested.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Execute on projects to deliver on the commercialized solution, managed service, functional advisory engagement, or client engagement.
Cultivate and support new business and revenue growth objectives with existing clients as identified during engagements.
Develop cybersecurity policies, procedures, process flows, and business process narratives.
Create complex system designs, resolve engineering problems, and/or propose preventive strategies.
Provide insight into the latest threats and countermeasures and leading practices.
Display knowledge of encryption technologies, identity and authentication technologies, and information assurance assessment tools.
Provide expertise and leadership to Associates and Consultants to build the bench of delivery talent and subject matter expertise.
Demonstrate experience with network security design and security-related configuration management; intrusion detection; data loss prevention; and identity and access management tools and technologies.
Apply expert understanding of firewalls and network segregation for secure alcove design for regulatory requirements such as SWIFT, NYCRR 23 DFS 500, and PCI compliance.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Security, or a related technical discipline; Master’s degree preferred
Certification in the field of cybersecurity, such as: CISSP, S-EHF, GIAC, S-ISME, CSA, Security+, and/or CISM
7+ years of consulting experience for a variety of commercial clients
Ability to conduct vulnerability scans and penetration testing, as needed
Subject-matter expertise in cybersecurity and advanced skillsets to develop, operationalize, and assess or audit cybersecurity capabilities
Experience with audit tools such as Redseal, Nipper, Rapid7 Nexpose, or Qualys; as well as GRC tools such as ServiceNow, AuditBoard, FreshService, or MetricStream
Demonstrated expertise applying risk control frameworks and performing readiness assessments against regulatory compliance requirements
