Internal Strategy Senior Manager - Full-time

This role will initially be focused on managing the global process for scaling assets and innovations. Future topics may rotate year over year based on the top priorities for Deloitte Consulting's delivery transformation journey. To date, innovation topics have included virtualization of the workforce, monetization of innovations, automation of delivery, and reimagination of how we go to market.
Work you'll do
Drive strategy and execution of scaling standard platforms and tools globally, working with US and Global Leadership, Product Owners, Legal, Tax, Quality Risk Management (QRM), and ITS
Develop Product Advisory Council for global platform
Oversee required global /compliance processes (e.g., Cyber, Data security and privacy, technology, legal, licensing reviews)
Manage budget (> $20M) for global scaled investments
Coordinate development of Interfirm agreements for services
Manage stakeholders across Consulting, and hold them accountable to timelines, deadlines, and impact
Report progress to executive leadership

The team
Delivery Enablement, a team within Delivery Excellence, plays a pivotal role within Deloitte Consulting by creating, supporting and improving our enterprise delivery capabilities, approaches, and enabling platforms to empower world-class delivery. We promote innovation, drive efficiencies and collaboration, and provide meaningful insights to improve quality to the client. This results in market differentiation, improved client outcomes, and positions our business to navigate the growing complexity in our engagements. Our team, in strong partnership with the Consulting business, digs into the most strategic, topical issues for the firm.
Qualifications
Required:
10+ years of total work experience (at least 3 in strategy consulting team lead role)
Preferred:
MBA
Able to work well in a highly agile, fast-paced environment; comfort in ambiguous environments and setting a strategy / structure to tackle large problems for the firm
Strong executive presence with a track record for working with/advising senior leaders on a wide range of issues; ability to work with senior firm leadership and their teams
Superior project management skills and organization; ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously with great attention to detail
Demonstrates strong professional judgement; acts in utmost confidentiality with sensitive leadership information, and navigates tough situations effectively and professionally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft email communications and develop presentations for executive audiences to communicate, achieve buy-in, and drive action
Creative and critical thinker, willing to bring new ideas to the table and challenge the status quo
High degree of self-confidence, poise, maturity, discretion, diplomacy and empathy
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $153,000-280,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
