Overview

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for maintaining operational soundness and compliance with policies, procedures and State/Federal regulation by providing guidance to banking offices and internal business partners, preparing and monitoring management reports, maintaining current policies and procedures, identifying trends and training needs, conducting training sessions, and participating in current projects to improve efficiency. This position requires a team player with strong communication and problem resolution skills, attention to detail and the ability to collect and analyze information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities, Duties and Accountabilities:

• Provide timely response to procedural and compliance inquiries from banking offices and other internal business partners

• Act as liaison between client facing staff and internal business areas to facilitate the resolution of complex client issues

• Identify and recommend process efficiencies, build and implement workflows

• Deliver application and process training to new hire Tellers and CSRs

• Identify trends and training opportunities; develop training content and lead training sessions

• Document and support testing of new and revised policies, procedures, forms and job aid

• Lead or act as a resource to various bank-wide project teams

• Monitor the processing of various centralized maintenance transactions to ensure timely and accurate processing and ensure approval guidelines are met

• Develop agendas and participate in monthly Operations meetings with Banking Office and Sales Administration designees

• Participate in testing and implementation of application and core system upgrades

• Compile, analyze, and organize data and information from the core processing system and various databases to produce scheduled and ad hoc management reports

• Support operations groups in the development and support of end to end process workflows

• Participate in other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in financial services, preferably with branch office experience

• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, to all levels of responsibility

• Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
