Looking for a Digital Asset Manager to partner with internal brand, marketing services, and data, digital & technology teams to guide the implementation of Veeva DAM.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with creators of content to document DAM process enhancements and optimizations

• Responsible for assigning appropriate metadata for assets to ensure accurate usage rights and search terms

• Align with internal teams to maintain usage rights, ensuring appropriate teams are aware when content has upcoming expirations

• Fulfill asset requests for internal stakeholder needs as well as partner agencies; in addition to managing and uploading assets to internal DAM systems

• Partner with internal teams to ensure PRT process & system training, including DAM, is updated / provided

• Track that all content have corresponding production kits and usage rights

• Verify and approve components tagged with DAM metadata

• Confirm fields are completed correctly and relationships to composites are present

• Monitor asset types submitted to DAM per procedure

• Continue to make assets available via DAM portal

Requirements:

• Veeva Vault PromoMats and Digital Asset Management (must haves)

• Other marketing technology “stack” systems (nice to have)

• 5 years of experience

• Strong Project Management skills

• Experience standing up asset management systems and strong attention to detail
