You Are

Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients. The Management Consult ant designs and implements business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process. The candidate will be a Consultant within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the Digital Banking segments. 

Accenture is growing our Banking Consulting practice to help our Banking clients navigate their transformational journeys.

Skills include:

  • Industry experience within commercial, retail, or digital banking operations.

  • Demonstrated business expertise across the end-to-end banking lifecycles and operating models .

  • Successful track record of leading complex management consulting engagements across the solution delivery lifecycle.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with senior client executives.

  • Expertise with (or experience working in industry with ) Digital Banking solutions including but not limited to; Core Banking Systems, orchestration and workflow, customer and internal facing UI, payments hub, card, CRM, servicing, AI and insights, AML KYC, Fraud, Risk, Reporting solution.

  • Knowledge of open API and microservices capabilities alongside solution architecture frameworks .

  • Ability to design differentiated customer experiences through Digital Banking Solutions .

  • Ability to support or lead the solution and evaluation of Digital Banking ecosystem vendors that suit client need and transformation objectives .

  • Ability to identify suitable Digital Banking solutions for client strategies and client needs .

  • Ability to construct a roadmap and support implementation of various ecosystem partners, and understand their connection with the larger client enterprise and transformation goals .

    The Work:

  • Support the development of world-class solutions for banking institutions.

  • Become a trusted advisor for executive level clients looking to solve critical business problem s .

  • Support the definition of clients' business and technology strateg ies .

  • Understand a client ’ s ecosystem alongside business objectives and advise on Financial Services technology solutions to meet transformation vision .

  • Perform and support vendor assessment s for ecosystem partners for ecosystem partners including but not limited to; orchestration and workflow, customer and internal facing UI, payments hub, card, CRM, servicing, AI and insights, AML KYC, Fraud, Risk, Reporting solution.

  • Support the d esign high – level target state functional solution architecture alongside client and client legacy systems , or greenfield (as applicable) .

  • Support various internal project needs , from client buy-in , to planning, budgeting, and deliverables .

  • Support ecosystem vendor implementation engagements alongside clients (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.) in cluding newer ways of working, such as agile .

  • Support existing Accenture ecosystem relationships and contribute to growth of Accenture relationship s with new partners .

  • Upskill on Accenture internal ways of working and network internally to enable cross practice client deliveries .

  • Refine and contribute to our next generation banking offerings.

  • Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.

  • Build your reputation as an industry thought leader .

    Here’s What You Need:

  • 3 + years relevant experience in management or technology consulting with broad experience in engagement management, and business development

  • 3 + years digital banking operations experience and expertise, along with corresponding banking systems ( i.e. orchestration and workflow, customer and internal facing UI, payments hub, card, CRM, servicing, AI and insights, AML KYC, Fraud, Risk, Reporting solution s.)

  • A Bachelor's degree

    Bonus Points If:

  • You’ve got an advanced degree or financial industry certification

  • Banking systems certification

  • Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday) 

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
