Citizens Bank Digital Collections Platform Administrator (Remote) in Boston, Massachusetts

If so, consider joining Citizens Bank in the Collections Operational Analytics team as a Digital Collections Platform Administrator for our organization. As the Digital Collection Platform Administrator, you will be challenged with owning and driving solutions for regulatory, business oversight and performance management needs through various levels of projects. You will be required to work closely with Collections Operational Strategies, Collections Operations, Vendor management and Initiative execution teams enable self-service for delinquent customers
This role is responsible for programming the collections treatment decision logic in the Katabat Digital Platform, as well as having responsibility for monitoring related data transmissions and activities daily . Daily activities include contributing to business requirements, create project and process specifications, daily control testing, functionality enhancement liaise with project teams, develop decision work flows and ensure that projects are on schedule. Role will also be responsible for trouble shooting existing flows, as well as working with project teams to ensure jobs are adjusted as necessary.
Working knowledge of collections and recovery processes
Must have knowledge of decision trees
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to review and validate outputs prior to implementation as well as ongoing monitoring.
Communication and Organizational skills
Ability to work east coast business hours.
Demonstrated ability to identify/understand structured application coding structure and intent.
Hours and Schedule: Hours: 40 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
Education: Bachelors Degree Preferred
