What will you do?
The Digital Content E-Catalog Manager team is part of our corporate Strategy and Marketing organization within the eCommerce Digital Operations group. The Manager, eCatalog Delivery will be based out of one of our main digital content center of excellence locations in Pittsburgh, PA or Carlsbad, CA with alternative locations to be considered.
As the Manager, eCatalog Delivery, you will lead a team of content specialists who provide customer hosted catalogs that enable our eProcurement delivery services. You will drive hosted catalog production excellence through innovative solutions which leverage automation and self-serve capabilities to support customer and business objectives.
Manage and coach a team of content specialists to ensure on-time delivery of hosted catalogs based on customer needs
Help develop and modify resource plans for current and future capacity; hire, onboard and train content specialists and contractors
Guide the team in establishing and enforcing documentation and best practices
Partner with eProcurement Portals, Commercial Teams, Pricing Teams, Finance, and other internal departments to define and develop hosted eCommerce catalogs and other tools that meet customer and contractual needs
Guide the team to identify continual process and operations improvements needed to transform into a center of excellence
Partner with internal technology resources to implement an eCatalog automated generation platform
Track, summarize and report operational analytics to understand needs and trends
Manage the new catalog intake and scheduling process
Manage and administrate eProcurement portals for the department (e.g. Jaggaer)
How you will get here?
- Bachelor's Degree - technology, digital marketing or digital commerce areas or similar experience
Two or more years' experience managing teams or in a leadership role
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered
Proven ability to gain agreement, effectively influence organizational behavior and decision making in a matrix-managed organization
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel and general SQL Skills
Ability to quickly learn new technology applications needed to support catalog creation
Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent project or task management capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer centric environment
Ability to influence others and lead by example
Demonstrates collaboration, prioritization and effective problem-solving skills
