Penn Foster Digital Marketing Coordinator in Boston, Massachusetts
Position Summary:The primary focus will be on achieving the company goals for the respective digital advertising channels by improving the path to conversion. This position will play a fundamental role in improving our click to lead rate, and lead to enroll rate and will have demonstrated experience and proven success in producing test concepts, test execution and test management. This is an opportunity to play a key role on a growing team who just won Search Engine Land?s In-House Team of the Year award.
Essential Job Functions:
Works with the development team to get changes needed on the website implemented.
Take direction and execute CRO strategy which includes landing page, audience and ad copy testing across various advertising platforms.
Assist with creative for ad creation, landing pages, and marketing materials and ensure all creative is proofread with attention to detail.
Interpret data from heatmaps and testing software ? sharing insights with the broader team
Builds out reports from various sources such as Google Analytics, VWO and Instapage.
Pull weekly reporting on testing outcomes.
Checks to ensure all links and pages are working effectively on a regular cadence.
Owns the management of a quarterly testing plan.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong foundation in digital marketing including PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate and Analytics
1-2 years of work experience or strong internship history
Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Passionate about data and analytics and using that data to solve problems
Love of puzzle games for our Friday game hour
