Description

  • Work with the CX Digital Product Team, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to perform business analysis and conduct customer research to support current and new product roadmaps supporting multiple business lines.

  • Leverages technical acumen to understand the potential of new ways to reach customers in digital ecosystems.

  • Analyze the feasibility of, and develop requirements for, new capabilities and enhancements to existing systems; ensures designs fit the business objectives.

  • Involved in planning and supporting business process to identify go to market strategies for new products and services.

  • Help create and drive functional prototypes based on business specifications.

  • Help define and execute new business concepts in emerging platforms including but not limited to artificial intelligence and voice applications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and appropriately handle sensitive information.

  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented individual who is capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities and a strong work ethic.

  • Endlessly curious in how emerging digital trends can translate into excellent customer experiences.

  • 1 years’ experience with front end development and UI/UX design experience

  • Authorized to work in the United States with without sponsorship now or in the future.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Computer Science, Finance, or Business degree preferred.

  • 3 years’ experience with front end development and UI/UX design experience preferred.

  • Experience collaborating with a team of programmers with varying skillsets.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a rapid and iterative development environment.

  • Understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.

  • Experience with Node.js, ReactJS, Redux, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
