KPMG is currently seeking a Business Product Owner-Insights Enablement to join our Clients and Markets organization.


  • Design, manage and orchestrate enhancements around reports, dashboards, insights, models, workflows, automation and other activation tactics within the CRM platform, partnering across the firm with business process owners, delivery teams, data and analytics teams to set priorities for each deliverable/project release

  • Help to ensure business case, expected KPIs and ROI are fully outlined prior to new enhancements or project requests moving into backlog

  • Effectively negotiate work with business partners to align on objectives around time to market, effort & scope

  • Research industry trends and maintain currency in emerging capabilities to incorporate into the roadmap

  • Regularly review and report on user adoption of features, KPIs and ROI following new feature and project releases

  • Regularly review and communicate new features through development and platform releases (Salesforce 3-5x releases per year) to user community


  • Minimum 10 years of recent experience in product management, solution and/or program management, digital transformation, or equivalent; prefer 3+ years' applied experience in one or more of the domains of campaign planning & execution, lead qualification & management, digital analytics, or marketing operations

  • Bachelors from an accredited college or university

  • Proven knowledge of the tools and emerging business intelligence and machine learning domains, including Salesforce Einstein Discovery, Tableau CRM, Analytics Studio, Datorama, BI, third-party data sources and platforms

  • Strong execution orientation, with a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, including extensive experience in an agile software development environment working with IT partners to deliver solutions on demand

  • Proven ability to deliver business results by developing, prioritizing and delivering on a roadmap that addresses business users' needs and pain points via innovative features

  • Preferred Certifications: SAFeĀ® Product Owner/Product Manager, Certified SAFeĀ® Practitioner, Certified Salesforce Administrator, certification in one or more business intelligence tools
