As a part of the Culture, Diversity and Belonging team, you will lead our efforts to operationalize our Culture Code and design the future of hybrid work with inclusion and belonging at its center. This role will report to the VP, Culture, Diversity & Belonging, who leads a team of 10 dedicated Culture, Diversity & Belonging champions. You will be responsible for a leading small team who will provide subject matter expertise as well as program execution of initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Help refine and lead an overarching global culture transformation strategy

  • Define and drive the change management strategy for large, complex culture transformation initiatives that optimize stakeholder buy-in and enterprise-wide adoption

  • Partner closely with key stakeholders and leaders to assess change capacity and organizational readiness, and strategically pace, prioritize, and implement multiple change programs; identify and enable change champions and agents to drive adoption of process, technology and policies

  • Cultivate and embed new mindsets and behaviors that integrate the Autodesk’s Culture Code into business objectives and operations

  • Lead, advise, and provide subject-matter expertise on the development and evolution of culture, methodologies, and change frameworks to influence and transform existing change strategies and legacy practices

  • Build and apply behavioral analytics and tools to measure impact and adoption (baseline and ongoing); prepare risk assessments and recommendations for achieving transformational outcomes

  • Maintain awareness of current/emerging industry trends that provide context and implications for business transformation and change programs, particularly as it relates to the Future of Work

  • Influence business leaders through building of trust and inclusivity, strategic framing of issues leveraging increased use of data, and balancing excellent decision making with measured speed of implementation

  • Lead a small Culture, Diversity & Belonging sub-team focused on developing and executing programming in support of culture change and adoption

  • Partner closely with learning and development, as well as our HRBP and COE colleagues, to build change leadership capacity

  • Support the design, development, and management of communications that thoughtfully articulate the value of the change to a global audience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, Human Capital/HR, Business or I/O Psychology or equivalent practical experience

  • 15+ years of managing end-to-end transformational change initiatives, preferably in culture/employee experience

  • Extensive experience in conceptualizing, analyzing and synthesizing data to inform strategic decisions

  • Expertise in directing and consulting organization-wide development and change initiatives

  • You possess the ability to influence across functions, geographies and levels, and the ability to work with various stakeholders and teams to drive alignment and collaboration

  • You are an innovative self-starter and enable that mindset in the teams you lead

  • Future of Work experience a plus
