Sodexo Director, entegra Client Business Performance in Boston, Massachusetts

Unit Description

** This is a virtual role and can sit in any location in the US **

Entegra Procurement Services, LLC Sodexo USA, has an opening on their Business Performance Team for a leader who will work with our client services team to execute on key business initiatives and effective ways of working. This is a leadership role charged to work cross functional with internal business partners as well as external partners such as suppliers and distributors. The Business Performance Team has responsibility for the implementation of entegra’s growth strategy thru effective project management, process development and the execution strategies that drive measurable results and outcomes.

Position Summary

  1. Develop, Deploy, Operationalize entegra’s Clients for Life Process

  2. Develop, Deploy, Operationalize internal processes for our Client Support Model ensuring all of entegra’s clients are supported in a way that drives retention and growth.

  3. Develop, Deploy, Operationalize and Managed entegra’s process supporting the integration of our Client and Business Acquisitions.

Support other Client Optimization related Process Development, Deployment and Operationalization as deemed necessary and agreed to by the entegra leadership team

  • Process Development (cross function and complex process development). Work with clients and leadership to Identify areas to improve upon client optimization. Develop structure, processes, procedures and resources to improve client satisfaction – 35%

  • Process Deployment (documentation, training and execution) to support the efforts to optimize client satisfaction. Will include deployment of improved systems, technology, processes,etc. – 15%

  • Operationalization of Processes (utilization of process) – 10%

  • Process Management, Tracking, Continuous Improvement (in some cases they are doing the work the process spells out –conducting Fresh Eye Review Reports, overseeing the project management of client / business acquisitions, etc. Continuous evaluation to determine effectiveness of processes. Repositioning of activities instituted as needed – 30%

  • Administrative (emails, continuing education, internal team meetings) – 10%

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
