KPMG is currently seeking
a Director to join our Finance Transformation team for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice
Responsibilities:
Lead multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards
Utilize technical and financial operation and transformation knowledge to identify complex client issues, broaden client relationships and develop a reputation as a thought leader
Lead and support business development activities including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities with current and new clients, while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines
Help lead advisory teams in solving complex strategic and tactical problems requiring excellent quantitative analysis skills
Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations
Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
Qualifications:
- 10+ years
of managing projects with 8+ team members in a consulting environment
- 5+ years of
ERP Financials, Procurement and / or Cloud ERP Implementation Experience
- Finance
& Procurement Transformation
- 10+ years
of System & Product Implementation Life Cycle
Minimum of ten years of relevant work experience around systems and implementation life cycles, with at least three years of experience in public accounting or comparable advisory services firm providing high quality client services within the consulting (preferably in government) industry
Minimum of five years of ERP and/or cloud ERP Implementation Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university and CPA or another advanced professional credential is preferred
Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
Progressive experience leading teams, mentoring staff, evaluating performance, and providing performance feedback
Travel required
