KPMG is currently seeking a Director, SAP EPM in Finance Transformation for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the process design of new S/4HANA EPM (SAC, IBP, Group Reporting) enhancements and business processes that will improve operational efficiency across client organizations

  • Ensure proper staffing and quality of the deliverables for finance transformation engagements

  • Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support / define strategy, understand business requirements and translate them into SAP EPM solutions

  • Lead improvements in financial processes by leveraging the power of S/4HANA for real-time data analysis and reporting

  • Provide expertise in financial planning

  • Establish relationship and conduct communication with key stakeholders, steering committees and client's leadership

Qualifications:

  • Minimum seven years of recent experience with Enterprise Performance Management and SAP EPM modules

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in finance or technology

  • Experience in at least three large complex SAP implementations involving process design, configuration, implementation, and the business design of integration; ability to identify and articulate S/4HANA Financial planning and analytics business case drivers across industries

  • Able to identify, articulate and lead implementation of leading practice financial planning process and analytics design enhancements; strong knowledge of EPM processes, tools, and methodologies and certification in at least one SAP EPM module

  • Solid understanding of configuration options and capability to lead teams to configure and demo EPM Proof of Concept functionality in a test SAP environment; expertise in the end-to-end business processes of Plan-to-Perform

  • Willingness and ability to travel

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
