Anaplan Director Global Partner Experience in Boston, Massachusetts

Anaplan is looking for a PX Program Director. This critical role essentially serves as the face to our Partners for the Anaplan Partner Program. Your Impact

This role requires a strong organizer and creative thinker. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Partner Experience, from communications strategy, partner digital journey mapping development, technology stack assessment, and reporting. As a direct report to the VP, Global Partner Strategy, Operations, and Programs, part of the role is to provide insight using performance data coupled with partner relationship survey feedback to optimize the end-to-end partner experience.

You will interface with several key stakeholders – across the Global Partner & Alliances organization, cross-functionally, and external partner leadership – to align strategy, focus, and investment to scale the ecosystem.

  • Design end to end partner digital journeys by partner types

  • Assess all technology assets available to partners and identify potential gaps.

  • Assemble a Digital Experience Platform (PRM) from gathering requirements to roll out.

  • Be the liaison across Product, CS, PS, Partner Programs to deliver a cohesive story to our partners

  • Deliver content that provides a customized experience throughout a partners’ journey

  • Educate the broader organization and partner ecosystem to develop brand ambassadors of the Partner Program

  • Be responsible for the overall direction of the partner tool suite

  • Automate and optimize the partner experience, resulting in partner profitability and productivity

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the Global Partner & Alliances organization, customer success, Anaplan Academy, sales operations, and more to develop, maintain and refine the program offering

  • Own key Voice of the Partner programs, such as relationship surveys and the Partner Leadership Council, to incorporate partner feedback into everything you touch

Your Qualifications

  • 10-years of experience in supporting partner organizations, processes, and strategy at a SaaS company

  • Ability to execute quickly with high attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide change management projects for PX

  • Proven success uncovering key insights through partner research and leveraging those insights to be actionable

  • Proven effectiveness communicating with senior business leaders

  • Experience using collaboration and/or journey mapping tools (i.e., Lucid Chart)

  • Six Sigma Blackbelt or strong program management experience preferred

  • Proven track record of influencing senior leaders to make decisions based on partner feedback
