Director, Global Women Equality Strategy

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Director of Global Women Equality Strategy to join a growing, dynamic, and global team, within Salesforce Employee Success (ES), to support the long-term diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Equality Strategy, this individual will play a key role in an intersectional global women’s strategy design, development and delivery. The strategy will be used to create innovative programs, processes, and approaches with Equality at the center. This is a newly-created role at Salesforce, within the Office of Equality.
Partner on the development and operationalization of a global strategy focused on women’s equality, with a focus on intersectional gender equality.
Lead the ongoing operationalization of the women’s strategy global.
Partner and advise our global Salesforce Women’s Network (SWN) Equality group on strategy and programming
Be a strategic partner within a cross functional team, while ensuring alignment across evolving programs with complimentary remits.
Cross-functional partnership across varying Business Leadership teams, to drive Global Equality Strategy across multiple regions and cultures
Partner across a geographically dispersed and matrixed organization.
Continue to improve the depth and impact of Equality initiatives to accelerate business growth
Proven experience of developing business strategies in partnership with key stakeholders and business partners.
History of effectively building long-term relationships, high collaboration, and working well across teams
Ability to navigate challenging conversations with diplomacy and a lens of inclusion
Ability to work effectively within a global team
Agility, flexibility, and comfortability with changing priorities
Experience working across different global cultures and markets.
Demonstrated business acumen, and ability to drive business results .
Excellent program management skills and competence in driving overall effectiveness of programs, coupled with performance metrics.
Validated experience of driving DEI results through process, technology, and people.
A keen awareness in data and a point of view around how data should be used and interpreted; the ability to make informed decisions using data.
Proven track record to earn trust and credibility quickly.
Experience creating and delivering presentations at all levels including executives, managers, and front-line employees
Written communication skills including ability to take complex concepts and translate into concise, digestible content
Experience with Employee Resource Groups
Consistent record of inclusive leadership
7+ years experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Deep understanding of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion concepts and issues; including a deep understanding of intersectionality and how it impacts employee experience
Align and deliver equality programs that are implemented across multiple geographic areas.
Ability to inspire, align, and enable a geographically dispersed team.

People leader and management experience
For Colorado-based roles only: Minimum annual salary of $160,000. You may also be entitled to receive bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
