CVS Health Director of Product, Supply Chain Data in Boston, Massachusetts

We are looking for a Lead Director of Product, Supply Chain Data to lead the future our supply chain data product portfolio. This role will focus on data democratization, BI applications in our supply chain ecosystem, applications to drive efficiencies through ML/AI, measures of success methodology from design to artifact creation in partnership with other Directors of Product, and development of our supply chain cloud. As of Product, Supply Chain Data Lead Director, you will lead the team that takes raw data and makes it available so that it can be transformed into a value-creating asset for colleagues across the e2e supply chain. You will own the product portfolio roadmap and with buy-in and support from stakeholders, colleagues, solutioning partners, both internally and externally, you have an iteratively innovative feature roadmap that continually delivers value. You will work cross-functionally with leadership and other key stakeholders, colleagues, customers, users, vendor partners and IT, including data engineering and data science, to deeply understand our process and challenges.As Lead Director, you will be responsible for balancing business viability, technology feasibility and user/customer desirability as you develop your product portfolio roadmap and will design experiments to ensure predetermined measures of success are informing path forward.Our technology products are highly business process oriented, so a combination of supply chain business processes understanding, and software product management skills are required.

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
-Minimum 5 years’ experience working with IT PMO or equivalent, and managing/supporting large scale technology projects -Leadership experience in a highly matrixed environment-Hands on experience with developing, delivering, test plan development and commissioning.-Experience with AI, ML, BI applications, Cloud, Python, R, and/or Tableau-Travel 30%
