The Document Center Solutions Analyst (SA) is a frontline customer support and implementation specialist.
The SA implements new Document Center customers and supports existing customers by developing a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements, then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the Document Center product to identify optimal solutions that support business objectives and meet or exceed customer requirements.
Document Center SAs translate business requirements to technical requirements that internal operations resources can execute on.
The SA collaborates regularly with other departments and team members to facilitate customer initiatives
Minimum of 6 months experience in client facing roles in Service, Support or Account Management
Minimum of 6 months experience with Microsoft Office products
Minimum of 6 months experience with software programming, SQL scripting, or advanced Excel formula writing
Experience working directly with mortgage documents and or mortgage compliance
Project management experience, either directly managing projects or working with project managers
Experience working with Mortgage Loan Origination Software LOS products
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exposure to Visual Basic
Effective time management, organization and prioritization
Ability to work well as a part of a team
Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, if you are located in Colorado, the expected salary range for this role is 50,800-86,400 and information on benefits offered is here. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $72,400 - $114,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
