About the Job:As a Product Manager, you will be the bridge to our Technology and Finance teams. You will use data to develop product roadmaps and drive business value projects with different business stakeholders. You must be able to effectively communicate product vision driven by data, and evangelize the vision and accomplishments of the team.
Manage and own Finance technical roadmap and help quantify business value of projects
Gather stakeholder requirements for finance technical projects and help translate them into actionable steps for project members
Set and communicate product vision across the organization
Work with assorted teams to ensure financial reporting level data quality both going in and coming out of Finance modules and other products
Improve Finance workflows using automated data pipelines and appropriate support technologies
Manage and own the Supply Chain product roadmap and help evaluate the business value of new projects and products
Gather and discover stakeholder requirements for projects and help translate them into a comprehensive vision with actionable delivery steps
Research, identify, and evaluate opportunities for product development and iteration
Evangelize tools and technologies you’ve developed to the broader organization where appropriate
Drive measurable improvements in Supply Chain workflows using automated data pipelines and data visualization tools
Research 3rd party vendors and implement new best-in-class technologies to support business outcomes
Develop appropriate communication plan, training materials and documentation for products and projects
2+ years of experience supporting Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Accounting technology
4+ years of product management experience leading cross functional projects and translating between business and technical requirements
You have a strong bias towards execution and a demonstrated track record of delivering successful, high quality products
Experience with Enterprise Implementations of ERP systems (SAP, Netsuite, etc.) or Analytics Dashboards and Tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) is a big plus
Experience working within an Agile development environment and with financial software systems, and building and evaluating analytical tools
Familiarity with database, visualization, and data science tools e.g. SQL, Python, APIs, a plus
Experience with scaling Financial and Accounting systems
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or Operations or their technical equivalent
