Would you like to support products you feel passionate about? In this remote role, you would be the process owner for our Learning Management System (LMS.)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owns and drives resolution to system/user issues as well as improvements and enhancements consistently implemented with company policies and processes as well as per best practices and industry standards

  • Lead and support the administrative and technical aspects of the Cornerstone LMS system, including crafting curriculums, testing, deploying, maintaining and reporting on learning content through the LMS. Establish and maintain custom user groups. Perform enrollment of users, Customer’s purchase orders, creation and distribution of reports, monitoring of system updates/changes and light troubleshooting in the LMS. Create and maintain automated and custom emails. Identify methods to improve productivity and growth via use of the LMS system.

  • Extracts, analyzes and reports data and makes recommendations based on gaps, standard methodologies, improvements or enhancements needed to ensure business processes maintain performance levels and evolve with the changes in regulatory and business changes.

  • Function as quality administrator to ensure appropriate user rights and controls, perform User Acceptance Testing, and ensure appropriate system configuration and maintenance of the Company’s Quality System software solutions.

  • Establishes project tasks and timelines and held accountable to them.

  • Capture and report on IT Compliance data and metrics for management review and other organizational forums.

  • Review corporate IT policy changes and evaluate for compliance impact

  • Utilize programming and other data analysis or software skills to build on existing tools and/or make recommendations for other tools and software

  • Manage multiple projects/ competing priorities in a fast-paced business environment

  • Clarify quality, business data and analytical issues and helps to develop appropriate solutions

  • Gather and understand quality data metric requirements for reporting needs; support business functions and statistical processing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

  • Proven experience in a system administrator role in Cornerstone or other learning management system

  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing and Execution

  • Must be able to demonstrate skills in root cause investigation and problem solving – Experience in the use of 5 Whys or other appropriate root cause investigation tool(s)

  • Must have critical thinking skills and good judgment working in an independent environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good organization, project management, and documentation skills

  • Goal oriented, interpersonal, self-motivated and team player

  • Up to 10% travel required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
