Our Operations team helps internal leaders validate and improve the reliability and effectiveness of business operations. You’ll help the team with issues related to business continuity, environmental risk, crisis management, process systems and risks associated with operations, health and safety and technology.

The Global Risk & Quality (GR&Q) Sr. Manager will work within the Office of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to support the chief of staff to the Global CRO and will manage operations related projects and initiatives and assist in managing the internal operations of the GR&Q team. GR&Q is a business support function, i.e. it is an internal group and its stakeholders include Network Leadership, Global Board, Network Risk Council, Network Risk Management, Lines of Service and Member Firms.

  • Communicating with impact and empathy, adjusting messages based on stakeholders and leveraging oral and written business communication to further the CRO’s strategic objectives;

  • Demonstrating success in developing an effective communication plan for stakeholder management;

  • Demonstrating success in budget management including planning, forecasting, and reporting;

  • Demonstrating agility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change;

  • Demonstrating digital acumen by embracing new technologies, seeking to improve team operations through automation and standardization using digital tools and platforms and driving strategic thinking around leveraging technology;

  • Demonstrating success in managing teams, providing coaching and mentoring to junior staff;

  • Utilizing critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities;

  • Demonstrating attention to detail and active listening skills; and,

  • Demonstrating a working knowledge of G Suite, Sharepoint and Microsoft teams.
