Confluent GTM Systems Operations Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

About the Role:

Confluent is growing at an incredible rate with a large amount of our growth taking place within our sales organization. We are looking for GTM System Operations - Manager to join our Sales Operations team. Reporting to the GTM Systems Operations - Sr. Manager, you will have an opportunity to work cross-functionally throughout our organization on a variety of projects and really be a champion to drive systems and process improvements for the Sales Org. For this role, an organized, innovative, proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail is imperative.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as internal product owner for Salesforce objects related to our Consumption Transformation initiative.

  • As the Product Owner, you will coordinate cross-functionally with other Ops and Systems team as well as field-facing roles regarding changes and enhancements.

  • As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for the roadmap and will drive, manage, and prioritize enhancements based on the feedback that you receive from business stakeholders.

  • Program manages large cross-functional initiatives - including coordinating and running Steering & Operating Committee meetings relating to our Consumption Transformation in SFDC.

  • Publish regular newsletters/updates to keep stakeholders informed.

  • Act as SME for consumption-focused Sales

  • Proactively identify problems and opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis leading to significant business impact

  • Work closely with Business Systems ensuring on-time and high quality technical delivery of enhancements and roadmap items.

  • Continually look for and suggest ways to improve sales productivity, efficiency and effectiveness via our GTM systems

  • Stay on top of latest feature releases within GTM technologies

  • Maintain Wiki and documentation of Consumption Transformation initiatives

What You Will Bring:

  • 4+ years of Sales or Sales Operations experience

  • Sales experience is a plus

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Knowledge/experience with GTM systems (Salesforce, Groove, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Clari, etc)

  • Experience working with the an agile/kanban methodology

  • Salesforce Lightning experience and knowledge of features

  • Proactive and passionate independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources and delivering results

  • Positive work style, focus on getting things done and a strong desire to learn and grow

  • Experience at a B2B SaaS company

  • Experience in a Cloud Consumption-focused company

  • Project Management (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) experience/certification

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

This position has an annual estimated salary of $126,800 - $149040, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
