Core Responsibilities:Conduct HR metric reporting and analysis, e.g. monthly, quarterly, and yearly recurring cycle and ad-hoc, as requestedTranslate business processes and data into analytics solutions, design / test / deploy reports in Workday and other HR systems. Advanced MS Excel requiredMaintain HR best practices, e.g., Data Dictionary, Internal HR / Talent FAQsData modelling, relational database expertise, e.g., SQL, PythonData governance expertise, e.g. focus on data quality
