Massachusetts Employer IAM Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts

For a complete job description and to apply, please visit: JOB SUMMARY: IAM Analyst is responsible for overall adherence to schedule, analysis of requirements, managing daily IAM operations tasks, IAM reporting for compliances, and JML (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) user life cycle event trigger reports.? DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management and joiner, mover, leaver principles to manage JML across the organization through IAM ? ? Troubleshooting IAM product and application integrated issues such as tuning up aggregation tasks, applications connectivity with IAM tool, IAM reporting issues, etc. ? ? Strong communication and engagement skillset; able to interact with new resources and build relationships ? ? Experience with an Identity & Access Management/Access Governance solution e.g. SailPoint IIQ 7.x ? ? Role-Based Access Control experience is a plus ? ? Strong data analysis skills, e.g. Access, Excel is a plus; ability to slice, pivot, evaluate large data ? ? Engage with business resources and drive the onboarding process to integrate an application with SailPoint IIQ ? ? Identify an application's access security points and oversee the integration of access data ? ? Gather application information including policies and share with IIQ Developers for configuration ? ? Enforce ownership of all accounts and strong entitlement descriptions ? ? Evaluate an application's user-base with the business and determine if the application is a candidate for Role-Based Access Controls ? ? Coordinate the promotion and testing of application configurations through test regions with IIQ Administrators, Developers and QA resources Share progress and ensure a smooth transition to the Access Certification Execution team Align with the Access Governance Strategy to ensure a successful service delivery Identify data and process improvement ideas; contribute to enhance the maturity of the Access Governance service Respond to customer, vendor, and coworker inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Adhere to the rules, and regulations, and policies of the Authority including the EEO, Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment and Anti-Retaliation policies.
