U.S. Bank Information Security Analyst – Software Quality Assurance in Boston, Massachusetts
U.S. Bank is seeking an Information Security Analyst to contribute toward the success of our secure software development initiatives. In this role the Information Security Analyst will review security scan results, release schedules, reference documentation and verify remediation of security defects. In addition the selected candidate will provide technical expertise to clients, management, security administrators, and software developers.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in software development, software vulnerability scanners, and knowledge common web application vulnerabilities. This role is responsible for verification of secure code scanning and remediation.

Coordinating with multiple development teams to determine release schedule
Collaborate with development teams for security defect remediation
Analyze scan results and verify security defect remediation
Provide secure code development process guidance
Basic Qualifications and experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3 years related work experience in Information Technology
1 years of experience with software vulnerability scanners (Fortify preferred)
Knowledge of core security concepts and vulnerabilities
Ability to collaborate and engage with others to accomplish projects
Ability to write clear, concise business communications
Programming experience in and object-oriented language such as JAVA or C#
Secure code review experience
