IT Project Manager roles exist throughout the P&G organization and lead the delivery of essentially every major change to P&G’s digitized operations. These roles range from foundational IT infrastructure, facilities, workstations, and transactional systems of record, to business analytics, data science, and business-unit embedded roles. This is often a full-time role for larger projects, or can be a multiple-hat role filling other roles and/or managing more than one project at a time, particularly with smaller projects.
Leading IT project teams to deliver projects that create business value. Planning and estimating project related work Leading and coordinating execution within the project team Communicating inside and outside the project Delivering to agreed project specifications (cost/ resources, time, scope, quality) Applying relevant practices and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) to accelerate and optimize project effectiveness Follow compliance requirements, and foreseeing and resolving risks, issues, and opportunities.

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or other similar degrees.
- Prior working experience in Information Technology, potentially specific experiences such as SAP, data science, cloud computing platforms, business process areas, and/or specific IT certifications such as ITIL or DevOps.
- Previous experience with Project Management methodologies. Project Management related certifications PMI, Scrum.org, Axelos, etc.
- Ability to build high quality relationships with P&G IT, shared service organizations, business partners, clients, users, company leaders and external partners.
- Ability to contribute and influence across levels and functions.
- Interest in learning new IT technologies.
- Experience demonstrating leadership through envisioning, direction setting enrolling others and thinking/problem solving. Some roles require a level of travel.
